Most frequent questions and answers

For main dining reservations, outside decor is not allowed, though you may bring up to three balloons. Please note that confetti and glitter are prohibited in all areas of the restaurant and are subject to a fine. For semi-private and private reservations, small flowers in vases, small guest favors, and table cards are allowed.

Yes, you are welcome to bring outside cakes or cupcakes, for which we do not charge a cake cutting fee. If you would like to bring your own wine, there is a $20 corking fee per 750 mL bottle.

Mojave enforces a 15-minute grace period for the majority of guests in the reservation to arrive. If the grace period is exceeded, the reservation time will be forfeited and added to our current wait list. However, forfeited reservations will not be charged a no show/cancellation fee.

 

For no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation time, Mojave reserves the right to process a fee of $25 per person to the card on file. For reservations with 40 or more guests, a fee of $250 may be charged for cancellations within one week of the scheduled date. For large parties that require a full restaurant, half restaurant, or patio buyout, a 15% cancellation fee may apply if we are not notified 30 days prior to the scheduled date.

 

Final payment is due at the conclusion of the reservation. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. The bill will be presented as one check, but can be paid using a maximum of three credit cards. Separate checks may be accommodated upon request with prior approval. Please note that state and local taxes (7.75%) and a 20% gratuity will be applied to all charges.

All large reservations require a credit card on file to be secured and confirmed. Our reservations team will contact you about this step once the details of your event have been discussed. Some experiences may require a deposit.

We understand that plans change and encourage you to communicate any changes to our team as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate increases in guest count based on current availability, but this is not guaranteed. If your guest count decreases, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid fees. If guests arrive after the 15-minute grace period, the reservation will be forfeited and added to the current waitlist. Forfeited reservations will not be charged a fee.
